HISTORY:
Maya has one hell of a history for as young as she is. She was always a wild child, ever since she was born. When she could get her legs moving underneath her, she was into everything. Her parents had their handsful trying to keep her out of things. She was a beautiful young girl, born into a small coven of similar shifters. The whole family she aws raised around were wolf shifters. The tension, when Maya was born, between the vampires and the shifters was just starting to grow. It wasn't until Maya reached her sixteenth birthday, still having not shifted for her first time, that the tension climaxed and broke, the danger really beginning. Her parents were older than most of the people in the small 'pack', so they were used to the tension. They said it had been going on since they could remember. What they weren't expecting, was the for the vampires to come out into the forest, to their small circle of homes, and attack. It was a massacre. Everyone in the small family had been killed. Destroyed. Except for Maya. They left her. They left her with a sick, sadistic message. "Warn them all."

Finally, Maya finally reached the time in her life to shift. Before she shifted, her first shift, she still looked like a child at sixteen. Her hair was long, her cheeks still plump with baby weight, her womanly curves still not blossoming. After her first shift, though, a totally different young woman emerged. She had aged three years in one shift. Her cheeks lost the baby weight, her high cheek bones giving her an exotic look. Her dark hair stayed the same, falling around her lean shoulders, and around her bossom. Maya knew she couldn't stay around where she was though. At this point, they could come looking for her. They could change their mind. So she ran. She finally found a small, abandoned cabin in the woods that was torn to pieces from multiple storms that attacked it. She took refuge there. It was all she could do. Before she left, she took whatever money she could find to go into the city to buy new clothes and what little supplies she might need. The remaining money? She used to pay for MMA classes in the city. She wanted revenge, and she would get it.

PERSONALITY: Maya is one of those girls that knows shes gorgeous, and knows she's powerful. After three and a half years of MMA training, plus the supernatural strength of being, technically, a werewolf, made her a force to be reockoned with. She's cocky. That's for sure, and she's not afraid to be like that in front of anyone. She loves the fact that women hate her and are jealous of her beauty. Dark hair and piercing blue eyes? Yeah, it would make any fashionista jealous. Maya is very much a tomboy, though. She isn't afraid to get rough and to get dirty. It's in her nature, so why would she hide it?

CRUSH: Maya still hasn't discovered the fact that men are there for more than just to beat up on and to push around.
